About
Our Tours
All tours are led by Michelle or
James Nevius and feature a mix of stops that highlight the history,
architecture, and cultural development of the neighborhood. We are both
historians who believe that the best way to experience New York City is up close and on foot.
Booking
All tours (with the exception of public tour; see
information at right) are given exclusively on a private basis so that you
can pick the time and date that best accommodates your schedule. Most tours
cover between a mile-a-half and two-and-a-half miles in approximately two
hours. Two-hour private tours cost a flat fee of $80 for groups of 1, 2, or 3
people; it is $20.00 per person if your party is four or more people.
Discounts are available for student groups and parties of more than 10
people. (3- and 4-hour tours cost more; please see the individual tour
descriptions.)
